  Founding Partner

Yoelyn Sanabria is admitted to the Bar of the State of Louisiana and is the Founder of Sanabria Law Group, PLLC. She was born and raised in Cuba where she obtained her first law degree from the University of Havana in 2005 and practiced law in Cuba for a few years. 

After immigrating to the United States, Yoelyn graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and obtained a Master’s Degree (L.L.M.) in Comparative Law in 2019. While in law school, she completed an internship with the law school’s immigration clinic and helped providing assistance to low-income immigrants with affirmative humanitarian immigration petitions, mainly U visas. 

As an immigrant herself, she is a strong advocate for the immigrants’ rights. She experienced firsthand and navigated through several immigration processes, which made her conscious of how apprehensive those processes can be. 

Yoelyn is Licensed to Practice in the State of Louisiana and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is allowed to practice Immigration Law and represent clients Nationwide.

Yoelyn is fluent in Spanish and English.
